Is my car invisible?
This may end up as a full-fledged rant, on DeclarativeMe (Vox), and maybe even on robpixaday: a day (Wordpress), but for now, I'm just too freaked out to organize it into anything but this:
Is my car invisible? OK, it's a black car, but it's pretty big. And the weather hasn't had visibility troubles. And I drive during the day. So why is that in the past 3 days of run-around trips here and there (not highways), SEVEN vehicles have driven right at me? They cut in front of me and cut me off and drift into my lane. What is that? It's happened before, to other cars I've had, in little blips like this; and I'm sure it's happened to some of you. But why? Why so many in such a short time? And then not again for YEARS?
Really, I'm beginning to wonder if my car has "stealth" invisibility powers that it just figured out how to activate. Gahhhhh.
And no, I don't drive with my lights on, but that's not it; I never do (unless I have to) and this kind of a nutsiness cluster hasn't happened for a long, long time.

Oooh, I wish I had a black car.
I haven't a clue why you are such a target lately. But, things do tend to happen in bunches. I hope the attacks are over! Maybe something is telling you to be wary??? Or maybe your headlights want a chance to shine?
It has nothing to do with my vehicle. I will drive defensively, and anticipate their foolishness, that I may be safe."
No dismissal of your opinion or feelings is intended. I am confident it is them, and nothing at all about you. Too many folks are driving like jerks and assholes, and I speak even of those who drive in-town in my area (maybe *especially* of them).
